For the past six months, I have worked as the Social Media Manager for the renowned SLS LUX Brickell hotel and residences in Miami, FL. My role involves elevating their social media presence and giving it a fresh, modern look. This includes developing monthly strategies, creating graphic designs, generating content ideas, managing the content calendar, implementing social media strategies, preparing monthly reports, and engaging with the audience daily.

How I Onboarded Them:

I aim to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible for all my clients. Here’s how it went with this client:

  1. I had a debriefing call with the client to discuss their values, brand kit, and goals from an organic social media standpoint. For SLS LUX Brickell, the focus was on brand awareness and community building for guests and residents.

  2. I designed and presented an organic social media strategy with key content pillars aligned with the business objectives

  3. Once the strategy was approved, I built an impactful content calendar.

REVAMP OF THEIR SOCIAL:

  • 🧐 Evaluated which posts, based on our approved strategy, didn’t align with the brand's direction, so we archived them to create a strong foundation for a powerful and cohesive feed.

  • 🫧 Cleaned the stories and highlights sections that didn’t align and made the necessary adjustments to the bio.

  • 🤝 Collaborated with a graphic designer to create templated highlight stories that conveyed meaningful narratives or important information, ensuring they aligned with the brand kit and remained on the feed for an extended period.

    IMPLEMENTED THE STRATEGY:

  • Calendar prepared with all important events and sections to highlight for the starting month.

    • Sent to the client for approval.

    • Requested edits were made.

    • Calendar scheduled.

      Daily community management is being carried out to increase monthly organic engagement.
